I work with women , in all seasons of life , who are done pretending they’re fine and are ready to reclaim their energy, confidence, and sense of self. Together, we address anxiety, stress and burnout, past trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges, using somatic awareness, real talk, and practical tools. EMDR is optional and can be used when it fits your goals.
