Focused therapy for accelerated change
Accelerated Therapy & Intensives
Accelerated Therapy & Intensives for women and couples ready to accelerate their healing, in Grand Island and across Nebraska via telehealth.
Deeper Work. Real Momentum. Less Waiting.
For Women + Couples Who Want Depth — Without Dragging It Out
You are capable. Responsible. High-functioning.
Your calendar is full.
Your mental load is heavier than most people realize.
And the idea of squeezing in therapy every single week for months?
It feels overwhelming.
When you’re juggling motherhood, partnership, careers, and responsibilities, momentum matters.
Why extended sessions work
Go Deeper Faster
We move past surface conversations and into the patterns driving burnout, disconnection, or reactivity.
Repair Fully
Individuals & couples don’t have to pause mid-conflict because time ran out. We work through it.
Regulate in Real Time
There’s space to slow down your nervous system — not just talk about stress, but actually shift it.
Reduce Frequency
Many busy clients prefer fewer, longer sessions rather than committing to weekly therapy.
Strengthen Relationships
Heal patterns that affect connection with your partner, family, or children.
EMDR therapy can help you process the past and show up fully for today.
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) uses guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation to help your brain safely process and “re-file” traumatic or stressful memories. Over time, these memories lose their emotional charge, so they no longer control your thoughts, reactions, or body sensations.
-
EMDR sessions are collaborative and paced to your comfort. You’ll recall memories while following guided eye movements or taps, noticing thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. Some sessions include preparation and coping strategies to help you feel safe and grounded. Extended or intensive sessions allow for deeper work in a shorter time.
-
EMDR helps reduce anxiety, intrusive thoughts, triggers, and physical tension caused by trauma or stressful experiences. You’ll often notice calmer reactions, improved emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of confidence and control in daily life.
Healing is possible
You don’t have to keep carrying this.
You’ve tried pushing through.
You’ve tried talking it out.
You’ve tried telling yourself you should be “over it” by now.
But your body still reacts.
The triggers still hit.
The overwhelm still floods in when you least expect it.
EMDR helps your nervous system finally process what it’s been holding — so you can feel calm, steady, and fully present in your life again.
You don’t have to relive it forever.
You don’t have to manage it alone.
